CAMERON SMITH WINS SIXTH ANNUAL KRAMER KLASH AT LINCOLN SPEEDWAY; Dylan Norris Scores Fourth Win of Season

UPCOMING SCHEDULE:
Saturday, August 30 & Sunday, August 31 LABOR DAY DUELS
Saturday, September 6 (7PM) ARCH NIGHT: East Coast Legends, PA Micro Midgets, Flying Iron Limited Stocks, Extreme Stocks

Abbottstown, PA (August 23, 2025) – Lincoln Speedway hosted the sixth annual Kramer Klash on Saturday night, honoring the late Hall of Fame driver Kramer Williamson with a $7,300-to-win 35-lap feature event. When the checkered flag waved, it was Cameron Smith standing tall in victory lane after a hard-fought battle through heavy lapped traffic.
Smith and Ashton Torgerson shared the front row for the start, with Smith powering ahead to lead the field into turn one. Torgerson held off a challenge from Tyler Ross for second while Anthony Macri quickly charged to fourth by lap two. By lap four, Freddie Rahmer had broken into the top five after getting by Preston Lattomus, with Chase Dietz close behind.
Smith built a commanding 2.3-second advantage before catching the tail of the field on lap seven, allowing Torgerson to close the gap. A caution on lap nine for Mike Bittinger bunched the field back together, setting up a restart with Smith, Torgerson, Ross, Macri, and Rahmer in the top five.
Macri wasted little time, sliding Ross in turn three to take over third. Meanwhile, Rahmer’s run came undone on lap 11 when he brought out the red flag in turn four while battling Dietz for fifth. Rahmer rejoined at the rear of the field, putting Dietz back inside the top five.
The battle for fifth intensified as Dietz and Troy Wagaman traded the spot multiple times before Dietz ultimately regained the position at halfway. Up front, Smith maintained control, but lapped traffic once again allowed Torgerson to close in. Soon, Macri joined the fight, making it a three-car battle for the lead.
Macri finally slipped under Torgerson exiting turn two and inched ahead at the line to take over second on lap 26. Using the bottom of turns one and two, Macri quickly reeled in Smith while Ross and Wagaman moved into third and fourth.
With just three laps remaining, Macri was all over Smith’s tail tank in traffic. Smith, however, made a key move around a lapped car, giving himself just enough breathing room to secure the victory in the prestigious Kramer Klash. Macri crossed the line second and Ross was third. Wagaman finished fourth and Dietz completed the top five.

Dylan Norris Scores Fourth Win of Season in 358 Feature at Kramer Klash

The 358 Sprint Cars joined the action Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway as part of the sixth annual Kramer Klash. Current point leader Dylan Norris came out on top, charging through the field and using lapped traffic to his advantage to capture his fourth win of the 2025 season.
The feature event got off to a wild start when a multi-car melee in turn three brought out the red flag on the initial start. Bo Gordon flipped, collecting Steve Owings, Cody Fletcher, Eli Tuckey, Nick Yinger, and Ayden Hare. After a complete restart, Gordon slowed again to bring out a caution before the race settled into a rhythm.
Austin Reed led the field into turn one on the restart, with Seth Schnoke and Jayden Wolf battling for second. Wolf edged ahead of Schnoke at the line, leaving Schnoke to fend off challenges from Norris. Running the high side, Schnoke briefly retook second before slipping too high, dropping back to fifth.
That opened the door for Norris, who quickly worked his way past Wolf for the runner-up spot. By the halfway point, the top five ran Reed, Norris, Wolf, Jude Siegel, and Kyle Spence as they closed in on lapped traffic.
Norris stalked Reed through heavy traffic and seized his opportunity entering turn one, sliding underneath to take the lead. From there, Norris pulled away to secure his fourth win of the year and further extend his points lead in the 358 division. Reed held on to second and Wolf crossed the line third. Siegel was fourth and Spence finished fifth.

Next Saturday and Sunday, August 30 and 31, Lincoln Speedway is back in action with the Labor Day Duels. Saturday features the Kevin Gobrecht Memorial with the 410 Sprints and 305 Sprints.
