Abbottstown, PA (August 9, 2025) – The fans at Lincoln Speedway were treated to a thrilling finish Saturday night, as Freddie Rahmer made a last-lap, last-corner pass to score his fourth consecutive Rack Daddies Rumble victory.
Logan Rumsey’s night started strong with a win in the crowd-favorite Australian Scramble, earning him the pole for the main event. Rumsey and Robbie Kendall charged wheel-to-wheel into turn one at the drop of the green, with Kendall edging ahead out of turn two to lead the opening lap. Rumsey settled into second with Kyle Moody running third.
The first caution came on lap four when Chad Trout spun in turn four, collecting Matt Campbell. The restart saw the top five as Kendall, Rumsey, Moody, Tyler Ross, and Rahmer. Rahmer quickly went to work, using the middle groove to get by Ross for fourth, while Moody and Rumsey battled for second with Moody taking the spot.
Lapped traffic became a factor by lap nine, allowing Rumsey and Moody to close in on Kendall. Contact between Moody and Kendall on the front stretch allowed Moody to take the lead, Rumsey to move into second, and Rahmer to third. Kendall fell to fourth as Cameron Smith cracked the top five.
At the halfway point, Rumsey was closing in on Moody and attempted a slider in turns one and two, but Moody countered on the high side to retain the lead. Another caution came on lap 20 when Brett Strickler spun while running tenth. The restart set up a three-car battle for the lead, between Rumsey, Rahmer, and Moody. Rahmer powered into second and immediately threw a slider at Moody, but the leader held his ground.
Smith held fourth with Ross in fifth, but Troy Wagaman was on the move, eventually taking over third. As the laps wound down, Moody sliced through traffic with Rahmer lurking just behind. With the white flag waving, Rahmer made his move, stealing the win with a last-lap, last-corner pass to cap off an unforgettable finish. Moody held on to finish second and Wagaman was third. Smith crossed the line fourth and Ross completed the top five.

Wyatt Hinkle grabbed the early advantage over pole-sitter Bryn Gohn, leading lap one over Steve Owings and Ashley Cappetta. Trouble struck quickly as Gohn spun in turns one and two, collecting Frankie Herr, who got upside down and brought out the red flag.
The restart saw the top five as Hinkle, Owings, Cappetta, Dylan Norris, and Jayden Wolf. Owings immediately pressured Hinkle for the top spot, while Cappetta battled hard to keep Norris at bay. Norris moved into third with a slider on Cappetta, then went wheel-to-wheel with Owings, taking second by inches at the line on lap six. Owings fought back, keeping the battle for the runner-up position alive.
A caution for Kinser Lightner on lap seven bunched the field. On the restart, Norris looked to the outside of Hinkle but couldn’t complete the pass. Two laps later, Norris made the move for the lead around the top of turn two, only for a caution to negate the pass when Cody Fletcher spun in turns one and two. The yellow also wiped away Cappetta’s pass on Owings for third.
Hinkle retained the lead for the restart, but Norris wasn’t done. He stormed around the outside of turn two to take the top spot, pulling away with Hinkle as the pair distanced themselves from the rest of the field. Another caution on lap 12 for Will McNeal and Lightner slowed the pace.
Owings once again challenged Hinkle for second, while further back, Andy Best and Ayden Hare looked to crack the top five. Cappetta kept the pressure on Owings for third, briefly making the pass before yet another caution on lap 14 for Fletcher and Nick Yinger in turn one erased her progress.
On the restart, Wolf jumped to the outside of Cappetta to grab fourth. Cappetta regained the position a lap later, but Wolf charged back, taking the spot at the line.
Norris remained smooth and consistent out front, holding off the competition through the closing laps to secure the hard-fought victory. Hinkle crossed the line second and Owings finished third. Wolf was fourth and Cappetta finished fifth.
